Training Kent are a small team of trainers based in Folkestone in East Kent. We specialise in providing training for the employees of small businesses – or people who are self employed.

Nowadays it is common practice to give your employees staff appraisals and evaluations – and when one of your team asks for some training, or when you realise they need it, many Managers are not sure how to provide this training.

Training Kent has the answer. We will send one of our highly experienced and friendly trainers to carry out a training session at a venue of your choice, no fuss, no big problems, just high quality practical training courses.

You will see from this web site that Training Kent offer two types of training course – “off the shelf” and “made to measure”. Sometimes it’s reassuring to see exactly what you’re going to get and just take the ready built package. Other times we know that you need training that is tailored to your specific needs.
